UAE

Same Day Collection Dubai - Free 

Excluding Fridays! Cut-off order time for Click & Collect is 4pm. Collections are between 2pm-6pm Saturday -Thursday . Friday is a no collection Day. Please allow 1-2 hours after ordering to collect your order from our warehouse. If you place your order after 4pm Sun-Thu, it will be available the following day. Only available for card payments.

Same Day Delivery Dubai  - Free 

Excluding Fridays! Cut-off order time for Same Day Delivery is 4pm. Available Saturday - Thursday, Friday is a no delivery day. We will deliver between 2pm-8pm on these days. If your order is placed after 4pm, it will be delivered the following day between 2pm-8pm.

Free Express Aramex Delivery (1-3 days) 

Up to 1pm, We will dispatch your order on a 'next working day' delivery service with Aramex, 6 days a week excluding Fridays. However, in light of COVID-19 restrictions, please anticipate it could take 1-3 working days to arrive.  Please fill in your complete address with house number, street and a working telephone number to speed up your delivery.

Our service provider, Aramex, operates 6 days a week. Friday is a no dispatch or delivery day. There is a 20 AED charge for delivery for orders under 298 AED.

We want to ensure you are always happy with your TGM products. As such, we offer returns up to 14 days after we receive your items. Please note that we can only accept returns for unworn items, returned with the tags on in the bag they were shipped in. We will issue the refund within 48 hours of receiving the goods, the refund may take 5-7 days to reach you, depending on your banks processing times.

If your original payment method was cash on delivery, we can offer a store credit for the original amount.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS - 14 Days

We can only offer store credit for any items returned internationally upon receipt. For international returns we can accept a return request up to 14 days after the delivered date, you will need to return the goods back to us with your own courier. To ship an item back to The Giving Movement please:

1. Email team@thegivingmovement.com with your order number and details of the item/s you would like to return.
2. Once our team have confirmed and provided the return address, pack your item(s) and invoice into a bag or box.
3. On the airway bill please include your invoice number and note "Return shipment to UAE”. Mail your return using your carrier of choice.

If you would like to switch your item/s, the easiest way to do this is to return your products through the process above and make a new order.
