From Harmony House to Dubai

In a heartwarming and inspiring turn of events, we are delighted to share a remarkable story of hope, determination, and dreams fulfilled. Meet Saima, a name that resonates with the very spirit of Harmony House, as she embarks on a transformative journey that symbolizes the incredible power of resilience and opportunity. 

Saima's journey began at the very young age of 7 when she first became a part of the Harmony House family. For 13 long years, her world revolved around her family and friends from the village and HH, her dreams stretching far beyond its boundaries. Earlier this year, Saima took her first step outside her village, venturing into what she describes as "another world," as she embarked on a life-altering internship with The Giving Movement (TGM) in Dubai. 

The opportunity was nothing short of a dream come true for Saima, her family, community, and The Giving Movement. During her three-month internship with TGM, Saima gained invaluable experience by working across all major departments, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of the corporate world she so eagerly yearned to explore. Her passion for communication found it’s purpose as she honed her existing skills and acquired new ones. 

Impressive and nothing short of exceptional, Saima proved to be incredible at her overall performance and work ethic. In the month of May, Saima began her new journey as an official Dubai resident and a full-time employee of The Giving Movement, joining our beloved Customer Service team. Saima's journey, which began in the embrace of Harmony House, has now led her to a place where dreams know no bounds. Her dedication, unwavering spirit, and relentless pursuit of her dreams have not only helped her grow as an individual but have also illuminated a path of hope for her family and community.  

We couldn't be prouder of Saima as she takes this monumental step in her journey. Her story continues to be a source of inspiration for all who hear it, a reminder that dreams, when pursued with passion and tenacity, can indeed become a reality. It warms our hearts immensely to know that through our charitable efforts, we’ve made a difference in someone’s life and changed it for the better.
