FREE UAE RETURNS - 14 Days

We want to ensure you are always happy with your TGM products. As such, we offer returns up to 14 days after we receive your items. Please note that we can only accept returns for unworn items, returned with the tags on in the bag they were shipped in. We will issue the refund within 48 hours of receiving the goods, the refund may take 5-7 days to reach you, depending on your banks processing times.

If your original payment method was cash on delivery, we can offer a store credit for the original amount.

Products purchased during sale events will be refunded through TGM shopping vouchers only.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS - 14 Days We can only offer store credit for any items returned internationally upon receipt. For international returns we can accept a return request up to 14 days after the delivered date, you will need to return the goods back to us with your own courier. To ship an item back to The Giving Movement please:

Email team@thegivingmovement.com with your order number and details of the item/s you would like to return. Once our team have confirmed and provided the return address, pack your item(s) and invoice into a bag or box. On the Airway Bill, please include your invoice number and note ""Return shipment to UAE”. Mail your return using your carrier of choice.

For international orders, returns need to be shipped back by you via a courier of your choice. Shipping costs are not covered by TGM. For full-priced items ordered in the UAE using single-payment credit cards, refunds will show up in your bank account within 5-7 business days. International orders, Tabby payments, Cash on Delivery and sale items are refunded as a TGM voucher as soon as the return is approved.
