- Please note that we can only accept returns for unworn items, returned with the tags on in the bag they were shipped in.
- We will issue the refund within 48 hours of receiving the items, the refund may take 5-7 days to reach you, depending on your bank's processing times. You can also choose to receive your refund within 24 hours as a store voucher.
- Items purchased through store vouchers, Tabby, Tamara, or Cash on Delivery will only be refunded as store vouchers.

Free UAE Returns - 14 Days
We want to ensure you are always happy with your TGM products. As such, we offer returns up to 14 days after we receive your items. Please note that we can only accept returns for unworn items, returned with the tags on in the bag they were shipped in. We will issue the refund within 48 hours of receiving the goods, the refund may take 5-7 days to reach you, depending on your banks processing times.
If your original payment method was cash on delivery, we can offer a store credit for the original amount.
Products purchased during sale events will be refunded through TGM shopping vouchers only.

International Returns - 14 Days
We can only offer store credit for any items returned internationally upon receipt. For international returns we can accept a return request up to 14 days after the delivered date, you will need to return the goods back to us with your own courier. To ship an item back to The Giving Movement please:
Email team@thegivingmovement.com with your order number and details of the item/s you would like to return. Once our team have confirmed and provided the return address, pack your item(s) and invoice into a bag or box. On the Airway Bill, please include your invoice number and note ""Return shipment to UAE”. Mail your return using your carrier of choice.
Exchanges
If you would like to switch your item/s, the easiest way to do this is to return your products through the process above and make a new order.
