WITHIN THE UAE

Returns are available within 14 days of delivery. Items are only accepted if they’re unworn, in the same condition, with the tags on and in the bag they were shipped in. Simply visit:  https://thegivingmovement.returnscenter.com/


INTERNATIONALLY

Returns are available within 14 days of delivery. Items are only accepted if they’re unworn, in the same condition, with the tags on and in the bag they were shipped in. Returns need to be shipped back by you via a courier of your choice. Shipping costs are not covered by TGM. To make a return, please follow the steps below:

  1. Email us at team@thegivingmovement.com with your order number and details of the item/s you would like to return.
  2. Once our team have confirmed and provided the return address, pack your item(s) and invoice into a bag or box.
  3. On the airway bill please include your invoice number and note "Return shipment to UAE”. Mail your return using your carrier of choice.
  4. Once your parcel is shipped, kindly e-mail a copy of your Airway Bill to team@thegivingmovement.com , along with your order number.

 

REFUNDS

For full-priced items ordered in the UAE using single-payment credit cards, refunds will be processed 48 hours after receiving the items and will show up in your bank account within 5-7 business days depending on the bank processing time.

International orders, Tabby payments, Cash on Delivery and sale items are refunded as a TGM voucher as soon as the return is approved.

 

EXCHANGES

To exchange an item, simply request a return and make a new order with the items you’d like. If you have any additional questions, please contact us at team@thegivingmovement.com.
